CAPE COD KINGS – Webpage for the 2019-20 Calendar Year

WE BELIEVE IN TEAM:  Throughout the year, our athletes have the same coaches and teammates for every practice, game, and tournament they attend.  Our kids learn their roles, learn how to play smart, and put the team first.  This is core to our philosophy and one of the reasons our teams are competitive and our players possess a team-first attitude.  Take a look at our Team Camp.  This one of a kind, overnight experience is held annually at Cape Cod Sea Camps in Brewster.

WE ARE COMPETITIVE: At the youth level, we had 2 (of 5) teams finish #1 in The PLL spring league (made up of the top clubs in NE) in their respective divisions; We compete at some of the top summer tournaments in New England and beyond; Our high school teams play at top fall and summer tournaments and we have countless alumni who have gone on to play at colleges all over the country.  We pride ourselves on the strong brand we have built regionally and nationally.

WE PLAY IN AN ACTUAL LEAGUE:  Tournaments are great, but the opportunity to play in a competitive spring league has really been a game-changer for our program.  The Premier Lacrosse League is the only exclusive, invite-only, spring league in New England for clubs.  We are the only club from our region.  Being able to play in full length games once a week, against great competition provides so many benefits that you simply can’t get playing in tournaments.  Also, very important to know, the PLL does not conflict with town lax.

WE HAVE YOUR BACK: This is not a factory.  We believe that the relationship is just as important as the training.  We want our players to love the game, play in a supportive environment where they can gain confidence, and also be challenged by invested coaches that they know care about them.  Many of our players have been with us for years.  We get to know them…  We know what they do well, what they need to work on, and how to get the best out of them.

WE HAVE AMAZING COACHES WHO LIVE AND COACH IN OUR COMMUNITY:  Here are the lead coaches for the upcoming 2019-20 year (these are the lead coaches, there are other heads and assistants not listed):
